Specifies file containing colors palette.
ASCAN's hipsometry Dialog:
Edit Palette, press ... and select file.
key-in:
ascan hipsometry filename
There are 255 items in the color table.
Each line of text file contains RGB values in range 0..255
For example three lines where the first is red then green and third is blue.
