The ASCAN software use only the own format: ACV
You have to import the scans form the supported formats before You start the work.
Import can be done using IMOPRT ( Import2acv.exe) software.
After installation Youcan find Import menu item at Windows Menu START->ASCAN
Main Import dialog lets You to add files You want to convert to ACV format.
If files are no more needed You can clear their list.
In case of the big files or PTS files use disc option and set the valid temporary directory.
If the imported file is too dark You can shift values of the PTS file by inserting any integer value n range -255 - 255. e.g. set 25 means each value will be brighter and if the oryginally 0 value is converted to 25.
