Determines number of scan's overview to display at actual zoom in the center of view.

View center and center radius determines an window in the midle of the view where the quality of dispalyed points are diferrent then on the rest of the view.
For axample: drawnig an facade You can set Center radius to 1, View to 0.5 and View center to 2. Square in the midle of the view will have much better quality then the outside.
